Love the look of it at arm's length, but up close, the brown "antiquing" looks a bit contrived. When I unpacked it, I was overwhelmed by the terrible smell of it - it is better now, except the insides of the drawers still reek when I open them, and I am hestitant to store anything in there until the off-gassing is complete.
Service and delivery comments:
I had it shipped to my business address, but it was misinterpreted as a residence, and the shipper was waiting for me to contact them, which I did, because the tracking had indicated in had been in town for a few days and it hadn't shown up. The box had a hole in it, but not in an area that affected the product. It was VERY well-packed, but I felt terrible about putting all of that styrofoam in the landfill.
